Head of East Jakarta Water Management Public Works Sub-Department, Henry Dunant, informed that 13 drains are planned to be re-functioned this year. Thus far, six drains have been re-functioned, while the remaining seven are still waiting for fund disbursement.

“From the initial plan, this week we supposed to demolish illegal buildings stood atop those drains,” he disclosed.
